
Mediterranean Occitan Tonic
Ingredients:
5 cl Bordiga Occitan Gin
Small tonic water
Bordiga Lavander Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: build
Ice: cubes
Garnish: lemon peel, rosmary sprig
Preparation:
– fill the glass with ice
– pour the Bordiga Occitan Gin and 5 cl of tonic water into the glass, mix gently, squeeze the lemon peel on the drink and pass the peel on the edge of the glass
– a splash of Bordiga Cardamom Tincture, decorate with a sprig of rosemary and serve with the rest of the tonic, to be added if desired.
Pink Negroni
Ingredients:
3 cl Bordiga White Vermouth di Torino
3 cl Bordiga Aperitif
3 cl Pink Bordiga Gin
top Bordiga Lavander Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: throwing
Ice: cubes
Garnish: dried edible roses or orange peel
Preparation:
– cool the tumbler. In the Boston shaker than add ice and the ingredients in the recommended doses. With Julep Strainer carry use the throwing technique until a correct cooling of the cocktail (4/5 times)
– drain the tumbler and pour into the tumbler
– spray the Bordiga Lavender Tincture and decorate.


Piedmont Gibson
Ingredients:
3 cl Extra Dry Bordiga Vermouth di Torino
4 cl Bordiga Dry Gin
Glass: Martini Cuo iced
Technique: stir and strain
Ice: cubes
Garnish: strictly bittersweet spring onion
Preparation:
– cool the cup with ice
– in the mixing glass put the ice and add the ingredients in the recommended doses, mix gently, drain the cup
– pour from the mixing glass into the cup filtering with a strainer
– decorate with sweet and sour onion and serve.
Bordiga Collins
Ingredients:
5 cl Bordiga Dry Gin
1,5 cl fresh lemon juice
0.5 cl Bordiga Raspberry Syrup
Small piece of ginger root, small tonic water, Bordiga Cardamom Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: shake and strain
Ice: cubes
Garnish: lemon peel, raspberry
Preparation:
– put Bordiga Dry Gin, lemon juice, Bordiga Raspberry and ginger Syrup in the cold shaker, then add plenty of ice and shake vigorously
– put the ice in a tumbler, spray the Bordiga Cardamom Tincture once, pour by filtering with the strain by mixing glass and add the tonic
– decorate with raspberry and lemon peel squeezed on the drink.

Pink Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
3 cl Pink Bordiga Dry
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar, small tonic or soda water, Bordiga Lavender Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: shake and strain
Ice: cubes
Garnish: slice of lemon
Preparation:
– put Bordiga Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar in the cooled shaker, add plenty of ice and shake vigorously
– put the ice in the tumbler, pour filtering with the strain, add a spray of Bordiga Lavender Tincture.
Negroni smoke
Ingredients:
5 cl Dry Smoke Bordiga Gin
5 cl Red Bordiga Vermouth
3 cl Red Bordiga Bitter
2 cl Bordiga Aperitif
Glass: tumbler
Technique: build
Ice: cubes
Garnish: orange slice
Preparation:
– put the ice and all the ingredients in the order described in the already cooled tumbler. Then mix well and garnish with the orange slice.
