
Pink Negroni
Ingredienti:
3 cl Bordiga White Vermouth di Torino
3 cl Bordiga Aperitif
3 cl Pink Bordiga Gin
top Lavender Bordiga Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: throwing
Ice: cubes
Garnish: dried edible roses or orange peel
Preparation:
– cool the tumbler. In the Boston sheker than add ice and the ingredients in the recommended doses. With Julep Strainer carry use the throwing tecnique until a correct cooling of the cocktail (4/5 times)
– drain the tumbler and pour into the tumbler
– spray the Lavender Tincture and decorate.
Piedmont Gibson
Ingredienti:
3 cl Extra Dry Bordiga Vermouth di Torino
4 cl Dry Bordiga Gin
Glass: Martini Cuo iced
Technique: stir and strain
Ice: cubes
Garnish: strictly bittersweet spring onion
Preparation:
– cool the cup with ice
– in the mixing glass put the ice and add the ingredients in the recommended doses, mix gently, drain the cup
– pour from the mixing glass into the cup filtering with a strainer
– decorate with sweet and sour onion and serve.


Bordiga Cup
Ingredienti:
5 cl Red Bordiga Vermouth di Torino
3 cl gazzosa or homemade lemonade
Fresh seasonal fruit in pieces
Top: Bordiga Lemon Tincture
Glass: low tumbler or similar
Technique: build
Ice: cubes
Garnish: slice of cucumber
Preparation:
– cool the tumbler leaving 1 or 2 ice cubes
– add fresh seasonal fruit in pieces
– pour the ingredients in the recommended doses and mix gently
– spry the Lemon Tincture, decorate with cucumber and serve with a teaspoon or a little fork
Manhattan
Ingredients:
5 cl Burbon Whiskey (or rye whiskey or Canadian Whiskey)
2 cl Excelsior Vermouth di Torino Superiore
Angostura (or Bordiga Elisir Gentian)
Maraschino Bordiga
Candied cherry
Glass: low tumbler or similar
Technique: stir and strain
Ice: cubes
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation:
– cool the tumbler with ice cubes
– in the mixing glass put ice and a drop of angostura (or a teaspoon of Bordiga Elisir Gentian), pour Burbon and Excelsior Vermouth and mix gently for a long time.


Americano
Ingredienti:
3 cl Red Bordiga Bitter
3 cl Red Bordiga Vermouth
3 cl Soda (sparkling mineral water)
Glass: tumbler
Technique: build
Ice: cubes
Garnish: orange peel, orange slice
Preparation:
– fill the glass with ice
– pour the Red Bordiga Bitter and the Red Bordiga Vermouth into the glass and mix for a minute, add the soda, mix gently, squeeze the orange peel on the drink and pass the peel on the glass rim
– insert the peel in the drink, decorate with orange slice and serve.
Irish
Ingredienti:
3 cl Green Bordiga Bitter
3 cl White Bordiga Vermouth
3 cl Soda (sparkling mineral water)
Cardamom Bordiga Tincture
Glass: tumbler
Technique: build
Ice: cubes
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation:
– fill the glass with ice
– pour the Green Bordiga Bitter and the White Bordiga Vermouth into the glass, stir for one minute, add the soda, mix gently
– squeeze the lemon peel on the drink and pass the peel on the glass rim, insert the peel in the drink, a spry the Bordiga Cardamom Tincture and serve.
