On the Western Alps windswept rocky slopes, in whose valleys the ancient Occitan language is still spoken, plants have to fight hard to survive.
In these place alternate, with the secular rhythm of the seasons, hot and dry summers to freezing and snowy winters. In these lands grow wild flowers and herbs, which develop unique characteristics in their scents and colors.
Thanks to the influence of the nearby Mediterranean sea, these plants contains a concentrate of essential oils. They are handpicked by mountain people over alpine pastures, dried in high altitude and then bring to Bordiga headquarter.
Here our Master distillers capture the soul, producing a unique selection of traditional gin, bitters and spirits. From the nearby Langa, homeland of Barolo and Barbaresco, we get the great wines of Piedmont, for our famous Vermouth di Torino.
